The building engineering services comprised natural ventilation to atria areas, specialist air handling to serve treatment rooms, wet system underfloor space heating and low energy occupancy controlled lighting.

Electronic systems included a full IT network structured cabling solution, Wi-Fi access points, analogue addressable fire alarm system, security alarm, access control and CCTV system installations.
